The image is from smARTworks, and I stamped it onto brown Kraft paper and colored it with Prismacolor pencils. The background is called Herringbone from the current Technique Junkies Newsletter, but I've been doing a similar background for years, which I learned from fellow smARTworks design team member Dina Kowal.
