Well, my MIL is moved into her new place. I knew it would be a difficult day, and it definitely was, but it's done. Thank goodness!I figured I earned some me time today after all that, so I pretty much spent the entire day stamping today...except for the time I spent running to Michael's that is! Today was a much better day than yesterday, LOL!
For this card, I used the CPS103 challenge sketch. The stamp is from Whimsy, available at Starving Artistamps, and I colored the scene with Copic markers. The chipboard flower was a dollar find at Michael's today, and the embossed panel is highlighted with Versamark ink.
Have a great week, and if you're lucky enough to have tomorrow off, enjoy your day! I'll be at work tomorrow wishing I could have had another day to play with my stamps.
Hello Dee. I came across your blog on the CPS site. I just love your moose card!! I have a love for anything "Moose". They are all over my house. I have never seen this stamp and I am going to have to get it! You have done a marvelous job of painting it with Copic. I don't have any Copics, but I'd like to! thanks for sharing your work.

ReplyDeletevery cute! for some reason i couldn't figure out how i'd ever use my cuttlebug embossing plates that are filled with text like this, but duh, of course that's the solution. Hm, now did you poke holes around the frame by hand, or is there a device that does that sort of thing too??
